How do you keep your prices so much lower than other corporate cleaning companies?
Selah Kleaning is a family owned and operated company.  One way this translates savings to our customers is that we can operate more efficiently while maintaining a higher level QUALITY of service than other larger corporate franchises.  You will see the difference in how your home is treated.  You will never go back.

 

What kind of cleaners do you use?
Selah Kleaning is very aware of the impact of chemicals in our everyday lives.  You will be happy to know that we choose GREEN cleaners! What this means is we use environmentally safe, family safe, and pet safe products. Not only are they healthy and fresh, but they clean better than chemical cleaners! There is no better way to do it than the Selah Kleaning way.

Will I be required to sign a contract?
NO! Contracts are never required to receive our service. We do, however, offer the option at any time, ONLY if our customers wish to take advantage of the benefits of signing a contract with us.  Expect to receive at least a 10-15% discount on any signed contract.


How Much Will It Cost?
Every house and company is unique, and every cleaning fee is likewise. Factors that will affect the amount of your estimate include: the size of your home or business, number of rooms and bathrooms, number of pets, frequency of desired services, the current cleanliness level, etc. We use a calculated method for every cleaning estimate. We never charge by the hour, as many cleaning companies take advantage of that method by taking twice as long to clean something at your expense. Will All Visits Cost the Same Amount?
The first visit usually costs more than subsequent visits, as it requires additional cleaning to bring  your home or commercial building up to our standards.


Thereafter, your home or business' cleanliness can be easily maintained and will be charged as a flat fee. You will receive an estimate for the initial cleaning and the regular cleanings up front.

Do I Have To Be Present During The Cleaning?
This is purely up to our customers. If you decide to be out, you can put a key in a safe place outside, or you may give us an extra key to be safely stored.  We understand having a busy schedule.  Relax, and know that when return everything will be finished.

Do You Guarantee a Day and Time for My Cleaning Appointment?
Selah Kleaning guarantees a specific day for your cleaning, but not a specific time. However, if you contact Selah Kleaning on the day of your service, you will promptly receive an estimated arrival time. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to discuss this with us. We will do our best to reach a mutual solution.

What If I Need to Reschedule a Cleaning?
Simply call prior to your cleaning day. Please provide a 48-hour notice if canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on Cleaning Day?
If you have a security system, please make arrangements to give us access to your home on your scheduled day.

What Should I Do With My Pets During the Cleaning?
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. You may be interested in the additional pet service Selah Kleaning offers. You may ask any of our representatives about this it at any time.

Are My Valuables Safe?
If you have any special valuables that you are concerned about, please give any instructions during the initial consultation. Everything mentioned will be noted and put in your file for all future cleanings. 


How Shall I Pay for My Cleaning?
You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. All payments must be given to us in a white envelope with your name and/or address written on the front. As an alternative, you can pay the night before via credit card through our site.

If you do not intend to be home at time of service you may leave the envelope on the kitchen counter the morning of your cleaning.

Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Equipment or Supplies?
This is up to YOU. Selah Kleaning provides all supplies and equipment, but we may also use yours, if requested. Some of our customers have specific items they want/don’t want to be used, and Selah Kleaning respects that wish.
